LOYALLT's journey began in 1992 as a reputable provider and distributor of top-notch, cost-effective health programs, including Discount Dental (fee-for-service) plans. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our business into other healthcare-related products, including Limited Medical, Accident Insurance, Short Term Medical, and much more.

Despite our expansion, we have always remained true to our roots as a discount benefit provider. Our core mission has never wavered, and we continue to prioritize offering cost-effective solutions while adapting to the evolving needs of healthcare providers and patients.
